What are the steps to file a complaint and ask for refund if tickets are not visible inside My Tickets?

Step 1: Login to bigmovies website.

Step 2: You can find there My Tickets Section.

Step 3: If the ticket if present you can download it to avoid line.

Step 4: If the payment was deducted but ticket is not visible in My Tickets Section, please contact respective payment gateways,

Step 5: After the complaint has been filed then it is processed for refund.

Important: Transaction once reported will take 48 hours to verify or will be refunded shortly.
